2. Limitations and Exceptions

Our commitment to quality is paramount, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. However, certain limitations and exceptions apply to our warranty:

• Proper care and maintenance are essential to uphold warranty coverage. The warranty is void if furniture is damaged by using harsh cleaning agents, abrasives, or detergents.
• Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents (e.g., burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage) is not covered.
• Outdoor use of products, unless otherwise stated, is not covered.
• Any unauthorized modifications to the product by consumers or third parties void the warranty.
• The warranty does not extend to items marked as 'AS-IS' or any form of Display items at the time of purchase.
• Items not directly purchased from Bubuland Home are not covered.
• Damage caused by exposing the products to the sun, extreme heat or cold, or chemicals / agents that are known to damage the finish of the product
• Damages caused by Act of God
• Products that are sold at clearance prices (ending in $0.99)
• Products used in commercial settings
• Our return and warranty policy does not apply to international orders. All international sales are considered final, and we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for these orders.

All warranty claims will be determined by Bubuland Home as to whether it will: replace/repair/refund for the product. We reserve the right to examine the product to make this determination.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Bubuland Home conducts rigorous quality inspections to ensure product safety and quality. We have a warranty period of up to 10 years for our products. Our detailed warranty coverage is outlined below:

Solid Timber/Marble Disclaimer

• Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
• You should expect colour, grain and other natural imperfections and variations on natural timber/marble pieces, which is what gives them a unique charm. These will not be considered damaged pieces.
• It is not possible to request a certain colour as all pieces come in their own individual colour and finish. No two pieces will ever be the same.
• With solid timber/marble pieces, we can never guarantee 100% that split/cracks will not occur.

Custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are crafted specifically to your specifications. Even a minor modification, it is considered a custom-made item.
