The wooden chunky tree like bases, resembling tree trunks, bring the outside inside and the modern colour just hits. I can lie on it comfortably too which is a bonus. I purchased six of the Kelly chairs. They are beautifully made and solid. Boucle is more a cream color than white as stated but they match my marble table perfectly. I had issues with the delivery company, but Bubuland were quick to step in and sort this out for me.
