30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is easy—simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in pristine, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
- Clearance and display items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Disclaimer:
- Product photos are taken under different lighting conditions and are intended for reference only. Colour and texture variations are not valid reasons for returns. Sample swatches are available before purchase to ensure satisfaction.
- For natural stone products, each piece is unique—colours and patterns may vary. The surface is honed for a smooth finish that enhances the natural texture of the stone.
Store Credit Issuance
For approved returns, store credit will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected by our team. You will receive a confirmation email once the credit has been applied to your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance Items: Products with prices ending in $0.99 are sold as is and are not eligible for returns.
- Handcrafted Products: Variations in handcrafted items are natural and not considered defects. These differences are not valid reasons for returns.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Need to modify or cancel your order? Contact us before your shipment is processed to avoid additional charges.
Pricing & Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing as needed and promptly correct any errors.
Order Acceptance & Confirmation
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. However, Bubuland Home reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion. Your card will only be charged once the order is confirmed.
Delivery Information
- Our standard delivery service brings furniture to your front door only.
- Please ensure clear access to your front door, including checking doorways, corridors, and lifts for size compatibility. We’re happy to provide carton dimensions for reference.
Special Delivery Services
For select areas, we offer assistance with moving items indoors or upstairs at an additional charge. If you require this service, please provide:
✔ Your order number
✔ Photos and details of access challenges (e.g., staircases, narrow hallways)
Our team will review your request and provide a quote if the service is available in your area.

Change of mind? No worries.
Can I get a refund for my item?
We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to accept returns for store credit within 30 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for store credit:
✔ The item must be unused and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging intact.
Clearance Items: Products with prices ending in $0.99 are final sale and not eligible for returns or store credit.
Handcrafted Products: Variations in handcrafted items are normal and not considered defects. If purchasing multiple units, slight differences may occur.
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will issue store credit for the product value. This credit will be valid for future purchases and processed promptly after inspection.
1. Log in to your account:
- 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
We will process your store credit once the item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected by our team.
Should the warehouse team find that your product is not packaged in an "as new" condition, an 10% of the product price will be deducted from your refund.
Please be aware that our return and warranty policy does not apply to international orders. All international sales are considered final, and we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for these orders.

- Clearance Items (prices ending in $0.99) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process:
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, you can:
1. Use Our Shipping Service: We can arrange the return shipment for you. You will be invoiced for the shipping cost, which must be paid before pickup.
2. Use Your Own Courier: If you arrange your own shipping, please provide us with the tracking number and courier details.
Important: You are responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.
Store Credit Issuance:
- Once the item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we will issue store credit for the full product value.
- If the item is not returned in “as new” condition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit.

We take pride in offering the flexibility to customise certain pieces to your unique preferences.
However, please note that once a piece has been customised, including even minor modifications, it is considered a custom-made item.
Custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns or store credit, as they are crafted specifically to your specifications. We recommend reviewing your customisation choices carefully before confirming your order to ensure it aligns with your vision.
The shipping fee is non-refundable in the event of a change of mind.
